Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance is our first priority and we ensure closely-controlled quality measures across the entire process.
We ensure all process parameters are monitoring, including temperature and humidity, and that all measurable parameters are monitored including weight, length, outer diameter, thickness, profile, physiochemical and bacteriological tests.
Quality Control
The Quality Control measures start with the choice of raw materials including the best grade HPMC material. With in-depth quality systems and procedures, we strive towards and continually achieve zero defect products meeting our customer requirements.
Quality Management System
A QMS is in place to ensure full training from the top management to new trainees. The QMS ensures a consistent and systematic approach to all processes.
