In this month’s “Meet the Team” segment, we highlight our spectacular quality team that consists of Jack Storey (Quality Manager), Maia Howle (Quality Assistant) & Shantaye Garvican (Quality Assistant). 

Our quality team work hard to ensure that our products meet the high standards that we provide for our customers. This can be anything from:

• Approving all our suppliers and monitor their performance to ensure appropriate quality standards are met by them.

• Working with accreditors to ensure our products are in conjunction with their respective certifications, such as Vegan, Kosher, Halal, BRC, etc.

• Ensuring the highest hygiene and safety standards are met by our suppliers and on-site.

• On the rare occasions we have an issue with a product, we conduct thorough investigations, including corrective and preventative actions.
